HISTORY
The history of UBM company dates back to the year 1869 when it was entered into the Austrian commercial register for the first time. Since its beginnings, the principal value of UBM has been the highest quality of construction and developer manufactured products and services.

The current portfolio of UBM Group constitutes several dozen investments in different parts of Europe. At present the company focuses on countries of Middle and Eastern Europe (CEE) – we are engaged in our activity in almost every country of the Old Continent, as well as plan an expansion to new markets.

The company has operated on Polish market since 1993 successfully designing and realising large and prestigious projects. A long-time practice is a guarantee of professional implementation and safety of all undertakings carried out. We co-operate with outstanding partners, such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Warimpex S.A., Radisson SAS HotelsAndResorts, Vienna International HotelsAndResorts and CA Immo.
UBM Group companies deal with developer, project and construction activity, as well as facility management. Their services cover all stages of a project development, including its sale to institutional or individual investors. Any and all undertakings are realised in co-operation with the best executive companies. UBM has been actively operating in Poland in the markets of commercial, hotel and residential property. The company has three branches located in three main cities of Poland: Warsaw, Krakow and Wrocław.
DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY
Stable and experienced team of workers skilled in local and international environments realises projects in accordance with the needs of potential Clients. A team of experienced and creative architects creates architectural and urban concepts, construction projects and arranges office surface with regard to the needs of the tenants. The co-operation with executive teams and monitoring of works at each stage of an investment are the tasks of the design workshop, as well. During the process of a project development, the preferences of future Clients, as well as the nature of urban surfaces are taken into consideration. At the same time, the projects are given modern and original character.
The technical department deals with complex management of the process of an investment realisation. The team performs construction works connected with many branches (general construction, maintenance and finishing works) and supervises the quality of performed works.
The key to success is also perfect knowledge of the real estate industry, its dynamics, directions of development and competition. The marketing team works out, analyses and regularly widens the knowledge of real estate industry functioning.
Moreover, we deal with complex rent and sale services. We support our Clients and advise them on difficult decisions: searching for the seat of their companies or the purchase of an apartment or a house; we take care that the final choice is accurate and satisfying.
Our facility management workers co-ordinate activities connected with buildings management aiming at the decrease of costs of their maintenance, as well as the preservation or increase in an investment market value. We are striving for the optimising of means and costs effectiveness having in mind individual needs of each Client.
