POLECZKI BUSINESS PARK
The first business park in Poland combining numerous functions in one place will be constructed in the vicinity of Warsaw airport. It will cover office buildings, a hotel, a modern conference and a logistic backstage and a separate parking building. Moreover, each office building rooms storage spaces and parking places located underground. This investment has been inspired by the concept of a garden city with places for work and for rest sectioned off; its designer meant to create a kind of “a city in a city”. The multi-functionality meeting rising requirements of the tenants have become the priority of our project.
In January 2011 began the second stage of investment Poleczki Business Park.
During this phase created two three-story buildings: B1 and C1 the total surface of more than 21 000 m2 of class A office space (8 500 m2 in building B1 and 12 700 m2 in building C1). Commissioning scheduled for the second quarter of 2012. Buildings B1 and C1 are now the first office buildings in Warsaw with the ecological precertyfikatem LEED CS Gold.
