The historical tenement building constructed in 1886 in accordance with a design by Józef Huss prepared for J. Fuchs, the king of Warsaw chocolate and candies, is now a splendidly renovated office building. Burnt in 1944, it lost its corner gloriettes with small domes and a few griffins it was crowned with. It was during the revitalisation that UBM restored them in 2005 winning the empathy of Warsaw researchers.
