Szperk Mall
At 338, Pułkownika Dąbka Street in Gdynia, is currently in phase II of its construction, which involves the building of a shopping mall and a foodstuffs supermarket of the total surface area of 14 500 sqm. Phase one consisted of the store DIY NOMI having the surface area of 7 200 sqm, which commenced its commercial operation in June 2010. The project will also include a car park for 950 vehicles.
The opening is planned for the 18.02.2012. The investor is a company known as FMZ Gdynia, which is owned by UBM and ImmoFinanz. A legally binding construction permit has already been issued. As of now, the following companies have signed the lease contracts: Piotr&Paweł, CCC, Deichmann, Hennes & Mauritz, ZOO Karina, Rossmann, Cukiernia Sowa, Klubokawiarnia, Media Press, Yes, Grupa LPP – Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp, BP petrol station and the servicing tenants.
