Mall Sosnowiec
Is a joint project of UBM and Ires. Three independent buildings will be erected on a plot of land of 80 000 sqm: a supermarket, a shopping mall (over 8 000 sqm) and a number of commercial outlets. The construction is planned to start in the 1st quarter of 2012 and take approximately 18 months. The project will include a car park with over 900 parking spaces.
